Terms & Conditions — Winnix

The articles, screenshots, drawings and data tables on winnix.uk are ours. Short quotations with a visible link back to the original page are fine and appreciated. Full copies, scraped reposts on syndication sites and translated clones without permission are not. The Winnix brand, logo and product screenshots belong to the operator and appear here under fair-use review provisions.

This site is for readers aged eighteen and over. If you are under eighteen you must not use the site. We do not knowingly process data from minors and will delete any account or newsletter subscription as soon as we discover the subscriber is under eighteen.

Questions about these terms should go to [email protected]. For everything else — promo codes, broken images, article corrections — use the editorial inbox on our Contact page.

By using winnix.uk you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please close the tab — we do not have a login, a paywall or anything else that could be revoked, so leaving the site is the simplest thing you can do.

winnix.uk is not an operator. We do not accept deposits, we do not run games and we cannot pay out winnings. Any reference to the Winnix brand on this site is a reference to the external operator of the same name. The operator is responsible for its own promotions, terms and compliance with its licence conditions.

We do our best to keep every number on the site current, but gambling products change fast. We are not liable for any loss you suffer from relying on a figure that has since moved. Always confirm the current terms in the operator cashier before you deposit. Where the law allows us to disclaim liability, we do.

When you contact us or leave a comment please be civil. We moderate for insults, spam, personal data, pirated content and anything that would put a minor at risk. Repeated breaches lead to a mail filter that quietly drops further messages from the same address.
